    with absolutely no concept of what it is like to be an unentitled person (woman, minority, gay, Muslim etc) trying to get justice against an entitled perpetrator.  Oh he calls it fairness, but what it really is is hiding behind "the system" while it grinds the victim up long before the trial even starts.  And since he isn't the one doing the grinding, he can insist it's all done fairly.

    These types always twist statistics into some sick reversal where they are the victims.  I call BS on all of that and it has no place here.

      about the value of the concept of innocent until proven guilty. There are far too many cases of innocent people getting railroaded through our "justice" system... but usually those people are the unentitled ones you speak of and not the privileged ones like the Duke LaCrosse boys that can afford good lawyers and win cases even when public opinion is driven in fervor against them. So while I agree with you otherwise I wouldn't say it has no place here... simply that it needs to be in the appropriate context and with the other side of the story told as well.
