weapons from their place of business.  But to be enforcable it must comply with some very narrow specificationa as to the size of the sign, the wording, and the font size.  When this issue is discussed among the gun owners I know (not necessarily ALL gun owners, mind you) it is agreed that no matter whether the sign conforms to the state specifications or not one doesn't carry in that business.  However, there are those who let the owners know in no uncertain terms that they won't shop there and they will encourage their friends not to as well.
I know, many of you will say 'good riddence", "don't need their business', etc.  But shop owners, especially those in smaller communities, will see a difference in their bottom lines.

    FYI only, not advocating.

While I realize the place of business may be allowed to bar concealed weapons, how are they to know there's even a weapon if it's concealed?
      Trust them?
And just exactly what happens after there's a shoot-out at the 'cozy cup diner' which prohibits concealed weapons?
