It doesn't matter that this yahoo is wandering around with his bionic cock hanging out, putting everyone in the community at risk. What matters is that his behavior must not be allowed to trump the "rights" of "responsible" people to wander around with their bionic cocks well-secured. Why should they be punished for his bad behavior? Because don't you see that asking people to leave their bionic cocks at home is, like, totally unreasonable? I mean, just because you don't feel any need to have a bionic cock on your person wherever you go, doesn't mean that other people don't. The insecurity and fear that you feel as you go about your business, wondering which of the dumbfucks and psychos in your immediate vicinity is packing heat aren't real. You're just "skeered". Whereas, the insecurity and fear (and, oh yeah, desire to experience an illusory sense of control) felt by the people who want their bioinic cocks on their persons at all time; those are valid and justified. See how it works? You're just fraidy-cat. The cock-carriers are sensible and realistic judges of relative risk, and they are doing you a favor by bringing their guns to the community picnic.

And anyway, if you tried to make it illegal for this guy to wander around with his bionic cock, he'd just be sure to keep it out of sight. He's only a reckless, careless, irresponsible fuckhead because he can be. Per my comment yesterday, this is yet another of guns' magical qualities: They can totally change a person's character, if that's what it takes to get themselves out and about. They're kind of like the One Ring, that way.
