  •  More logic for Hobby Lobby: "religious freedom" (10+ / 0-)

protected by the Constitution covers the right to worship one's God as one sees fit.

If one does not wish to purchase contraception or condone it as part of one's "worship of God", one is free to make that choice for oneself.

One does NOT have the right to impose one's own choice of a way to worship, on others.

But Hobby Lobby is a corporation, and not an individual.  It is a corporation that pays taxes, uses public roads and infrastructure to ship and bring in materials, and-- I am sure-- takes advantage of every state and federal tax loophole and concession it can find as part of its business model.

That's one more thing to add to my long list of small problems. --my son, age 10
