    He voted for the fiscal cliff deal when he didnt have to.

    I assume like Obama, he wants, to quote a rec list diary, "the working class to clean up his mess", right?

      I think that generally he's all talk.  It's good talk, sure, but in the end his actions aren't all that much different from the rest of the Senate.  For instance, despite the love-fest around his 2011 filibuster, the reality was that he carefully timed it and ended before the deadline for the vote.  For all his talk about standing on principle, his filibuster was for show, and nothing more.

      That said, if you're wondering why Kossacks aren't focused on Sanders's vote, I would say 1) he wasn't involved in the negotiations that crafted the bill, and 2) he's not even a member of the Democratic party.
