    requiring insurance at all because a tiny fraction might never go on public roads, in the same way the RKBA arguments include statements about how since the vast majority of guns aren't used for committing crimes there should not be restrictions on them just because a few are used for bad things.

      there's no basis for registering or insuring private property sitting on private property.

      In politics, there is the class war. Everything else is naming post offices.

        insurance would only be to protect mortgage holders.  Same for flood insurance, liability insurance (for people who visit or might be walking by or delivering packages).  Not for registering, but definitely for insuring.
