spectacularly again yesterday.  She had the incredible, unbelievable gall to tell the judge that her ignorantly racist birther crusade was akin to Thurgood Marshall's crusade for civil rights and justice!

The judge sparred with her for more than an hour as the hearing played out in a courtroom overflowing with spectators, many of them clearly not Obama supporters.

"Your argument, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever," the judge told her at one point.
"Why do you keep filing these lawsuits when they keep getting rejected?" England asked at one point.

Taitz responded by comparing herself to Thurgood Marshall and his persistence in filing suits to fight segregation. She explained that one of the plaintiffs is a Republican elector for Mitt Romney, who came in second to Obama in November.

"But second," England countered. "What part of 'second' don't you understand?"

Finally, the judge rejected the request for a restraining order, saying Taitz had no hope of prevailing anywhere.

"There is absolutely no way that this case will survive the challenge it faces," he said.
    •  when does the phrase (7+ / 0-)

"frivolous lawsuit" become operative with her?  Is she at least being socked with some hefty court costs?

        the words "keep filing."

When a child pesters an adult over and over, the responsible party is the adult. The real question is why do they keep accepting these actions? Can't a court look at a track record of the exact same action being taken all over the country and reject it without processing and hearings?

file multiple lawsuits, no matter how frivolous and pointless.

I'm living in America, and in America you're on your own. America's not a country. It's just a business.
