    right now. On Saturday, it's forecast to reach the low 70's! Back during the 80's when I was a teenager, I can remember that at this time almost every year, we would have a snow on the ground--sometimes, we would end up missing a week or two of school because of it.

    Now, we consider ourselves lucky if we even get an inch or two of snow that lasts more than a day or two before melting off. What is really crazy, is that many people in this state refuse to see these abnormally mild winters and brutally hot summers as a problem--they are so blinded by their loyalty to Big Coal they refuse to see the truth before their very eyes.
