For the entire state, for the listed lakes, I can only find 4 that are above "Full Pool", and those by only an inch or so.  Caddo, Inks, Murvaul, and  Wright Patman.  Those first two are a big one and a little one, and I don't know the last two.

Note the streatmflow, drought monitor, and outlook  maps  on the same page.  It ain't lookin' much better.

Here in Dallas, I have started vegetable seeds indoors this weekend (tomato, eggplant, kohlrabi, fennel bulb, lettuce, beans, and basil) thinking they cuold go in the ground around St. Paddy's day (our previously "normal" mean last day of frost), but I wonder.  I still have lettuce out in the garden, along with some kohlrabi, broccoli, fennel, and garlic.  A little frost-damaged, but hanging in there.  But some rain would sure be good...

We are more of a Zone 8a now than 8: there are good-sized specimens of washingtonia filofera palms and banana trees in folks' yards, where they used to get frozen to the ground every few years.

Welcome to the "new normal", whatever that is.
