        Laws exist to prevent/prosecute actual prosecutorial abuse -- things like making up/hiding evidence, etc, but how do you rein in a prosecutor who is applying the law as written?

        I don't think we want to do that.

        Put the blame where it belongs: on the people who make bad laws.
