    was clearly visible, something I have NEVER seen before, having lived in highly populated areas my who life. I never really knew what "PITCH BLACK" referred to tell driving to the observatory!

      stars there were like a different planet.  I know it's a low priority, but light pollution takes away a lot from our lives, and we don't even realize it.
