    This guy is no different than everyone else in his office who would do the same thing.  Our federal criminal laws are horrifically powerful, and the sentencing guidelines are even worse. And nothing will change that in Washington because then you are soft on crime.

    The problem is systemic, and the change is preventing these things from being filed by not having them fall under the criminal code.  As long as there are laws saying someone can be prosecuted, someone will be prosecuted.  

    Don't hate the player, hate the game.

      As you well know, there is something called discretion.

      I happen to think this particular fish is rotting from the head, but we all have personal responsibility for our actions... even attorneys...
