    Yes, indeed, teachers need to be included. But teachers themselves need to decide which teachers should be included - not the higher ups who too often pick those who won't disagree. And it might help if teachers were then prepared to be in environments in which they will be pressured to accept frameworks they should not (as you rejected 'accountability'). But these points only can follow if teachers force their way in, because most of those in charge clearly don't want their ideas, perspectives,
    experiences and advice included.
