    gerrymandering - just brings it upward into the Presidential election. So the R districts stay R but the electoral collge would now adopt the gerrymandering impacts.

    The electoral college system has actually lessened the impact of gerrymandering by making the electoral college a statewide popular vote.

    FYI, in the 90s the Ds in Colorado tried to do this in reverse and the Rs shot it down.

    There is no environmental, social, economic or resource problem that wouldn't be helped by 3 billion fwer people on the planet.
