taking away our freedoms. The executive branch already can suspend habeus corpus, execute US citizens overseas without trial, put people in indefinite detention with trial by military tribunal, monitor every single electronic communication in the US, supply police departments with tanks and drone aircraft via TSA grants. Where were all the freedom loving fucks when all this shit came down? The only reason you hear about it now is because someone may lose some money from gun restrictions. If there was profit in defending  First Amendment rights you would hear about it day and night on Fox.
You think owning a 30 round clip makes any difference to teh freedumz at this point? And I am pro-gun ownership too.

    •  Where was I when all those infringements were (0+ / 0-)

      going down?

This 'freedom loving fuck' was getting out the vote & was in the voting booth voting against the party pushing for those infringements. A modest contribution, to be sure; but a contribution none the less.

I do not support infringing on the liberties of innocent Americans for percieved security and I will not vote for those that do.
      Non-negotiable.

      I have been consistant.
      Why aren't you?

Those who would sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.

      •  You voted for the Green Party? (0+ / 0-)

because both Democrats and Republicans, House and Senate members and POTUS alike all voted for these things.

        •  You have a point. (0+ / 0-)

However, only one party openly pushed for them.

And, yes, I did vote Green once (2000).

Those who would sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.
