    I'm sure particulars that none of us knows right now would factor in, too. But as someone else astutely noted upthread, the well-known racial slur would probably suffice on some level--whether or not he "mined their Facebook pages".

    Which reminds me of Facebook Rule #1--block your employer or immediate supervisor from accessing your page.

      can still set up a microcell so they can still use sslstrip and (if necessary) arpspoof and nobody would know any better.  Not to mention all the various backdoors and hacks that make it possible to access someone's full facebook profile regardless of blocks or privacy settings.  Hell, for a while you could just use "chucknorris" (or some variation) as a universal password and there wasn't even logging done let alone ip address restrictions on it's use.
