"Nothing gave the legal right to our ancestors to come here and take, by force of arms, deception and thievery possession of the land, displacing indigenous native tribes living here and reliant upon that land for their very survival and engaging in genocide upon those native peoples who were living here on the land upon the arrival of our miscreant ancestors to America."

This is already known (perhaps subconsciously) by even the most hardcore anti immigration activist.
They know the advent of the modern American society and culture came at the devastation of the Native American's equivalent.  A repeat of this is exactly what they fear.

But let us also not pretend this is unique. Societies and peoples have been consuming and displacing their predecessors since the advent of those entities. This did not start 500 years ago when European's came to the Americas nor 50,000 years ago when people first came to the Americas. There has and never will be a time period when this is not occurring; at least while you assume life exists on this planet.

Morality never came into the question. Morality itself is derived from whatever side you are on.....not the other way around.

The use of "miscreant" is just insulting and indicative of the side you choose to root for. Its a dog eat dog world. Animals know this by instinct.. the same for societies... and the societal entity even "knows" this. In the end there will not be a moral right. There will just be a victor and a loser.

It is revelatory that out of a 4,000 word diary you chose to focus upon a single word in that diary, "miscreant" to make your assertion concerning my motive in using that particular word.

Frankly, given the genocidal madness of the original illegal immigrants to America, I consider my use of the word miscreant, to be incredibly polite.

It was only after our ancestors realized that the indigenous people were to "frail" and unsuitable as slaves that genocide was decided upon as the "final solution" to the problem of indigenous societies.

It was only after religious [moral] concerns were raised over that genocide, that apartheid was finally decided upon to achieve separation and isolation from those indigenous people.

Now that I give it more thought, I was too kind in using the word, "miscreant".

So out of 5 paragraphs you choose one to focus on and completely gloss over any of the other points in a failed quasi attempt to prove that you yourself are not ethnically prejudice.  I think this a clear example of pot calling kettle black.

Just a FYI while Europeans were not particularly nice. The truth is the Native American society as it was known was doomed from the moment they made sustained contact with Europeans.  Diseases from Europe wiped out a minimum of 25% of native populations. Some more than 90%. If anything nature was the genocidal one here.  These numbers were from smallpox alone. Other disease did additional killing.

One interesting/informative theory of societal conflicts and their results

But back to the original point.

Individual accounts of crime and barbarity of course are to be condemned. But the idea of societies consuming and replacing each-other is a natural amoral process.  The native civilizations the Europeans wiped our were no more innocent than the European civilizations. The native civilization's wiped out their predecessors.
