    Seems back then, as you say, we only had a few call backs on what were considered 'lemons' that came off the lines, not tens of thousands being recalled for fixes after they all came out from the computer manufacturing and with no hands or eyes of experienced trades people catching the glitches and correcting quickly!!

    No programmer, no matter how good, can make a 'trades person' with hands, eyes, more and adding in experience and on the ready innovative thinking!!

      They were one hell of allot cheaper to not only fix but even many who drove them could, which added to the multiple skills found at them times, where outside of the skills of work many learn and did others!!
