    How would these fare in a hurricane?  I know that it's hard for me to pull my foot out of muck, but my guess is that it'd be less hard for a hurricane to do it.

    My concern is that, with hurricane paths being erratic and unpredictable (to an extent), would these need to be bugged out every time or could they batten down and survive such storms?

    Regardless -- great to see this innovative idea!
