    Primary Air Quality Standards "Primary NAAQS" for
    SO2 1 hour exposures is not a greenhouse gas decision and it is error to portray it in that manner.

      greenhouse gases arent toxic or medical harmful in the way they are emitted; their effect is extremely bad for us all, but it isnt an effect of themselves as chemicals.

      So I wonder if this decision - about SO2, which decidedly is directly harmful - actually has a bearing on the EPA´s ability to regulate greenhouse gasses.

        This is a case the Supremes would have decided based on longstanding precedent about deference to agency interpretation findings and on matters of agency regulation.....issues of administrative process law.
