  •  Certainty (6+ / 0-)

If I remember correctly, the GOP talking point last year is that the markets and business people need CERTAINTY.

How does this bill provide CERTAINTY?

I wonder what the Very Serious People will say about this.

[Medicare, and Medicaid, and Social Security] do not make us a nation of takers; they free us to take the risks that make this country great.

still trying to hamper our recovery, but they wouldn't do that would they? Pre-2013 this strategy was justified by Repubs as a means to preventing Obama from having any fiscal victories that might earn him a second term (despite the very serious ramifications to American citizens and the economic recovery). Any ideas as to why, now that PBO has won a second term, Repubs would still be trying with all their might to hurt the recovery at every turn? Kinda dickish of them, to say the least. Unpatriotic bordering on treasonous is a bit more accurate but still doesn't come close enough to describe the utter sleaziness of an elected official so egregiously fighting against what is good for the public...a member of Government that works to undermine that Government, ruin its Economy and empoversh it's people is truly the lowest of the lowest scum on this earth. Guess that's why they poll about the as high as cockroaches.
