    dangerous. Our knowledge base now doubles in less than 18 months. As Aaron Swartz fully understood, access to that information by as many people as possible was essential to having it used. Knowledge has no power until we learn how to apply it and can do so.

    Neuroscience has added more information to how our brains work in the last 20 years than in all time previously. There is solid research that refutes some of our most commonly held beliefs. This affects law and education drastically. Our constitution is based on many of them. We need more research and practical experiments to begin to understand how to apply it.

    Then there is the corruption of science. Another reason for more minds having access to professional reports. This is not limited to the medical field.  Alliance for Human Research Protection review of "Lies, Damned Lies, and Medical Science" Includes the original Atlantic article. Medical research people actually took note, stopped denying and have pursued this since.

    All that needs to be added, without any comment, is climate change science.
