    ... in regards to their medical marijuana program.  

    Currently, patients (or their caregivers) have the right to grow a certain number of plants.  They also have the right to consume edibles, concentrates, and raw product.

    After the new MMPR laws go into effect (possibly 2014), Canadian patients will only be able to obtain dried cannabis from government licensed retailers.  Cultivation and processing/concentration will become a crime for everyone.
