    had fought on, when there's no Labor Board quorum to rule on the NLRB charges, the unfair labor practices against Hyatt would have stagnated for years and years before the charges were upheld.

    The NLRB process may have helped the Hyatt union, but all of the prior year's worth of pro-union NLRB decisions are all getting overturned, because the court overturned Obama's recess appointments of NLRB board members.

    Orly, it isn't evidence just because you downloaded it from the internet.
