    he'll get roughed up a bit by his fellow R's and change his mind.  

    It's hard for me to picture a Republican ultimately growing a spine.

      Republicans in VA and FL know that they may be giving up EV's for the republican presidential race in a good year.  That's the reason why PA didn't change it's apportionment last year, 'cos the stupid PA state party actually thought that Romney could win the state.

      Now GOP'ers in Michigan?  They are definitely motivated to rig their EV's.

        have a bill ready to and so far, I have not heard any Republicans in PA complaining. I will have to do more research but PA has been talking about it for nearly a year or more now.
