    backfire for Republicans since these three states are still true toss-ups. These are states a better candidate than Romney could certainly win outright even with changing demographics. I'm thinking PA and MI are the most likely places where this will pass which will certainly be a huge blow to Democratic chances in 2016 but not fatal. I really hope that Clinton runs though, because we're going to need a real heavyweight if some of these vote rigging schemes pass.

    Let's not let 2014 be anything like 2010. Republicans only win when we stay home!

      With Pa being possible next in line.  But I don't think Pa does it either because they want to be a swing state for the attention and money and if they did this, they'd be forever a non-player - basically the opposite of what they want.
