    Recess the Senate for the year and put in nomnations for every vacant judge and comission

    •  It won't matter if the NLRB had a quorum (0+ / 0-)

      if doesn't have funding.

      The fact that Congress does next to nothing isn't lost on me. But if it doesn't pass a budget, or at least another continuing resolution, the federal government is going to shut down at midnight on March 27.

      So the NLRB might be able to decide unfair labor practice charges, but there won't be anyone to investigate or prosecute them.

      and what little good they do has a whole lot of bad attached to it.

      how could it not with assholes like Baucus in the senate putting in amgen riders ?
