petition site will force coverage. You have roughly 2,300 signature -- you need 250,000.

The reference to the Libby case is surely distasteful to you. But for most Americans the Libby case was damn near treason and the comparison invokes a full measure of this president's grasp on Justice.

A mention of Libby and the basic crime of outing Plame should be enough. Bush took care of Libby to assure silence.

Obama, faced with a huge anti-torture petition on his own web site would to pressured to take care of Kiriakou to avoid censure from anti-torture organizations, including a clear ground for requesting that he return the Novel Prize.

On his own web site is the second key.

Yuu need to hit this nail on the head.

The change.org petition never mentions Libby. Never draws the parallel. It fails. It is weakly worded.

We can also rally the Occupy sites behind you. Seems there's a general acceptance in the community that treating Kiriakou worse than Libby should be taken as a declaration that torture has been legalized.

While this Good Family Man in the presidency does nothing.

If you can use help, please use the MESSAGE system here at dkos. And unlike the change.org thing, if you in for this then go in to win it big time. Nothing half way.

Legalizing torture is exactly what is on the table.

"Have you left no sense of decency, sir, at long last?" Army Attorney to Sen. McCarthy, 1954. "We have done nothing to be ashamed of. We have nothing to apologize for." NRA 12/14/2012.
