    Telling me it was MY fault we had lost the war.  I didn't argue back.  I'm biased, of course, but my mom was the greatest World War II vet of them all, serving as an Army nurse in New Guinea in some of the most horrific, and most forgotten, killing of that war.  She supported me and wouldn't put up with anyone else's sh_t.
