      whatever fancy words the scientists would use that I don't know, but what I do know, that stuff is porous, it has fissures, weak spots,  the water will go places people won't anticipate, even with careful testing and mapping of the areas where they want to tunnel.

        dangerous in an area prone to earthquakes? I don't know a lot about it, but fracking has been shown to increase earthquakes hasn't it?  isn't the idea of massive amounts of water pressure going underground problematic?
