everybody" none at all, but it's pretty damn clear to anyone watching he is pleasing Wall Street (tax cuts for the rich anyone? and no prosecutions of banking crimes?) and all while attacking Social Security which happens to be the most popular program in our history.
Where is THAT concern shown when as President-elect talked about (Nov. 9,2009 interview) what he saw as of utmost concern upon taking office.
Was it Climate Change? Was it one in four children on food stamps? How about massive unemployment and the need for JOBS? Was it about our spending more on military operations than the rest of the industrialized world combined? Rampant Wall Street crimes pointed out in Senate reports (and in court cases across the country)? Was it foreclosures that were already spreading across the country?
I could go on (protect torturers while prosecuting whistle blowers?) but the short version was his concern about anything negatively affecting TPTB ?
No is the answer to all those questions.
What President-elect talked about was....(drum roll) "entitlement reform".

Really, what could be more important?

meant to please and placate the left. So far it's worked. We'll see several months from now, when the 2nd honeymoon's long over.

And yes, I do believe he wants to please everyone, only some with substance and others with words. I think he really does want to be liked. A tremendous weakness in a leader IMO, per Machiavelli.
