In the early 90's the home care agency I worked in had an elderly woman who was mentally alert and physically unable to live alone. Her only daughter had died a few years earlier so her son-in-law had taken over, maintaining flawless care and the spirit of a unique, wonderful human. He was a retired Navy vet. The nurses who helped in her care would trade stories of his hair, nails, outfits; with admiration and some envy.

Beck exposes the shallowness of his ignorance and morals every time he opens his mouth. Time will teach him the bitter lesson James Dobson now lives with. Becoming irrelevant from humanity progressing too fast for you to keep up is pretty humiliating. Especially when your initial battles to defend old and foolish traditions were highly successful. All the money will just teach him that whether he can get into heaven or not, there are limits to the happiness it can buy on earth.
