    face. If the children are taken because their parents don't have enough money, then give their parents the resources they need. It's the same money as is given to foster care. They have created such a stigma around TANF that it's hard to get additional funding for it. But, if they raised the allotment, the parents would be able to provide for their own children, and the State would still have the benefit of extra money into the economy. I don't see the difference between this practice and human trafficking, let alone the assault on the culture. Absolutely appalling!
