    Try to eat foods with less than 4 grams of saturated fat. Don't eat anything that has Transfat in it.

    Get a blood test to see if you are pre-diabetic. You've got to get your blood sugar below 100. If it gets to 125, you will become diabetic and have major circulatory problems in your later years.
