  •  I also lost my Husband lover and business partner (11+ / 0-)

20 years ago my husband of 25 years died suddenly of a heart attack.  We farmed and we had a small business together.  I was in shock as you are.  I was fearful for my financial security and heart broken. How could he leave me with everything to do?  I was fearful that I was not up to it and in agony.  I did not see a way out.  Today I look back with a warm heart for our love and what we accomplished together.  I also look back with amazement in who I have become.  Fear I admit was my motivator " Could I survive?  Yes of course I could and did.  I did what I had to and because of that I became a person that I am very proud of.  I did portage my own canoe.  I ran the farm I ran our business and made it work and you will find the strength to do it too.  What is your option? failure, no that is not an option.  I did find a support group for people that had lost a partner and it did help.  I suggest doing that, but you will prevail and come out the other side one day and smile at your success. Love to you, you will be fine.
