    ...that will require green completions on a lot of the gas wells go into effect in 2015.

    Those regulations target volatile organics (VOC) that lead to ozone formation, as well as toxic air pollutants (which includes some VOCs).

    As it happens, the process that captures the VOCs captures methane, which is also a VOC.

    Industry pressure is causing the delay in the date the EPA rules take effect. Nevertheless, they will take effect, barring court delays (there's always lawsuits and/or settlements).

    We'll have to wait and see how it all plays out, but I thought I'd add this bit of information to the mix.
