    Maybe they don't want the NLRB or CFPB to function as advertised.  

    We've run out of excuses for them, this is the only explanation left, unless they really are incredibly stupid and incompetent.  I guess that's a possibility too.

    Democratic Leaders must be very clear they stand with the working class of our country. Democrats must hold the line in demanding that deficit reduction is done fairly -- not on the backs of the elderly, the sick, children and the poor.

      Most likely not. Why even fight to create it and go through a couple of brutal confirmation fights? I'd say there's a99% chance that's wrong.
