    and still they win too many elections.  So they have been effective in communicating - it may be propaganda, it may be lies, but it is still communicating.  And it has convinced millions of Americans to vote against their own interests.  What they are searching for is the next "pro life" scam.  A message that can convince voters that up is down and keep them voting to sacrifice themselves, their families, and their communities for the good of the 1%.

      may be part of the problem. My guess is that one of the underlying reasons why Republicans have a superiority complex is that they mistake the notion of "resoluteness" with "stubborness" and obstinance.

      The Republican Party seems to have done a good propaganda job in convincing the public, at least enough of the time, that their stubbornness, when it comes to their inability to actually admit they are wrong and change their positions on...pretty much actually them being "resolute" which they equate with leadership.

      It's all very convoluted and would probably take a psychologist to really figure out completely, but they seem to mistake stubbornness for resoluteness and leadership. And, too often, the American public seems to go along with them.
