    again.  If people won't vote for your guy, if they 'sit out' or vote for 'spoilers' with no chance to win, it's because your politician isn't doing his job, not because the electorate is 'defective'.  The job of the candidate is to do what it takes to get enough voters to win.  If he fails, it's his own damn fault, either for not doing the homework required to find out in advance that there simply aren't enough voters he can ever get to win, or not wooing the ones that are there in front of him.

    Blaming 'spoilers' or the voters is stupidity and pointless.  You've got the voters you've got, do what it takes to win them over.

      Nader for getting us Bush.

      I may not change my opinion of either Nader or the Supreme Court, but your critique is valid.

      I have never been able to figure out if Fox is the propaganda arm of the Republican party or is the Republican Party the political subsidiary of Fox.
