    and a court of law. This the memo is justifying the  execution of people secretly accused by the president and his underlings, with no due process.

    The distinction between  government accusations and  proof of guilt in a court of law is central to every free society. This memo – and those who defend Obama’s assassination power – willfully ignore it.

      A lot of people want to say that this is as cut and dry as the President can assassinate anyone he so chooses. I just don't think it's as simple as all that. My humble opinion for what it's worth
