  •  There are still lots of Democrats in all those (5+ / 0-)

Republican Gerrymandered Districts along with Independents if they stay focused behind a solid candidate and get the Indies to side with them then Republicans splitting and feuding in those Gerrymanders might give many so-called (R)Safe Districts into the hands of the Democratic Party. So in every Republican District there should be a Democrat running no more of this crap of "well we didn't want to bother with having a Democrat on the Ballot because well just because"

    •  Say I wonder if in any of these districts (3+ / 0-)

if there is not anyone being helped an funded by the Democratic Party if maybe Kos could find and maybe fund the cost of getting on the ballot of someone who is solid with a fair chance of getting the votes of indie's as well as Democrats to run for the Democratic Party in those places so at least there is a name on the ballot for the Democratic Party for people to vote for.?

    •  Good news from Colorado. (0+ / 0-)

Mike Coffman, R CO 6 will be challenged by Andrew Romanoff, CO house 2000 -2008, speaker 2005- 2008. Colorado's 6th congressional district is one of the most Republican-dominated districts of the Denver-area seats. Also one of the wealthiest in the nation.

Andrew is well liked and respected. We tried to replace Bennet with him in '10, too much 1% money in Bennet's coffers.

By '14, those wealthy folks may get smart enough to figure out which party they are better off voting for, at least for a few election cycles.
