  •  first, I do not like the use of that phrase (11+ / 0-)

    perhaps it is my Jewish heritage, and how the idea of the stab in the back was used by Hitler to justify persecution

    of greater importance, Robinson does not function as a rubber stamp for a Democratic President - he is not a Washington Times or Fox News pundit

    besides, as I make clear, this is one time I am fairly critical of Robinson, because I do not think he takes his though process far enough.  In other words, I think he is far too uncritical of the administration, and his proposal for judicial oversight is way too weak.
