    It has become a habit. Somebody's got to be exploited.

    Then there's political economy. What does that mean? Does it mean that we ration power or that we allocate it efficiently?  Or does it mean that the system of trade and exchange is going to be employed to expoit our target populations? Money, it has turned out, is such a lovely shield. It leaves no fingerprints. And then, when we combine it with the law (patent, proprietary, private property), the fleecing of the majority is super easy.

    The rule of law.  What a marvelous invention!  Not like the Bible or the Koran, the secular law can be tweaked and shapen in an on-going revelation!

    The ex-men.  How do we miss them?  They're middlemen.  We hardly notice their function. You know, like the driver on the plantation, the union boss, the MBA.

    We organize governments to deliver services and prevent abuse.
