    I don't know about the "underlying crime". Anyone working to elect Bachmann is also crazy, and probably also a liar.

    But a contract that requires you to refuse to cooperate with police in any investigation into a crime... That's evidence of a conspiracy to obstruct justice.

    It's separate from the underlying crime. Of course it must be: if the obstruction works, there's not going to be any conviction for the underlying crime. Obstructing justice is a very serious felony. Especially for a sitting congressmember to conspire to obstruct justice is a far more serious offense than stiffing a staffer. And even if the wage theft never happened, a conspiracy to obstruct justice even without a provable theft underlying it is a serious felony.

    Where is the DA? Where are the cops demanding their power not be stepped on by this lunatic and her gang?

    Bachmann deserves the slammer. She's earned the slammer. Where's her slammer?
