    banning the use of high tech surveillance to be able to see someone inside their home, gaining information that would other wise require search warrant, permission to use wire tapping, etc. Among other things, it was noted that the tech in that case allowed a lip reader to figure out what the person was saying.

      tech is being mounted on drones or frankly even capable of being mounted on drones

      there's some amazing tech out there but it is yet to be shown you can even mount it on drones much less that it is
