  •  which part is nonsense? (0+ / 0-)

irrational?  maybe the currency manipulation part.  nope.  that's accurate:  they are gaming the system.  the criminal parts?  nope, they are gaming the system which in most games is criminal.

sorry your comment is what's the fail.

    •  It's not nonsense ... (0+ / 0-)

but I don't see how China's response to nuclear tests in North Korea has anything to do with their gaming the world economy. This is one area where we are in agreement (neither China nor the U.S. wants North Korea to have usable nukes) so we should be able to work together.

    •  All nonsense. (0+ / 0-)

But I suppose, from your comfortable General's arm chair, the fact that China has to play multiple sides of this issue to keep the DPRK from a very dangerous collapse looks like some sort of "game", but the reality is a bit more complicated and nuanced.

As for currency manipulation, please do publish a factual diary on the subject including the data of how monetary policy and currency markets operate in the global economy including how the US Dollar as the de facto reserve currency affects others and guarantees the US virtually unlimited credit despite the fact it is the world's largest debtor nation.
