Apparently, law suits are still on going.

Anyways, I will not testify but any interested parties wish to speak. I will tell you what I know. Off the record. I'm sure you have enough anyways. A few simple question should show I'm legit.

The Software company that hired me is no longer around and I don't remember the names. What I do know is that they hired me off of Monster and they were based of out Carlsbad, CA. Was weird because I didn't have experience in testing then. I think that's what they were looking for because besides me and another guy, most were errrrr let's say not qualified to do testing. We more mostly supposed to sit and let things go through. Basically, take NewCentury's money and appear to work. When they figured out I actually knew what I was doing then I became like a babysitter. They eventually fired me right before Katrina when we were doing testing for Hibernia. Our contract was up in March anyways so I wouldn't have been there for the storm. But I saw a lot of disturbing things there too. Racial unprofessional attitudes. Basically a cajun term that was repeated over and over. Coonass? It was an inside joke and probably was done to make me feel uncomfortable. By my manager there and some Hibernia employees. Or testing me to see if I was a "team" player. Apparently, I wasn't. I would be a very poor witness with little credibility. Probably another reason I was hired by this company. But I can connect dots, if you wish to have help.
