We liberals are the same people who lament the vast right wing's vast media assets adn how they deploy them relentlessly. We are the same people who marvel at the wingnut's capacity for dissembling with simple and oft repeated soundbites.

yet here you and other commenters are dissing MSNBC for not saying "anything new" and retelling a story that first broke in 2006. HELLOOOOOOOOO can you hear yourself? How the fuck do we saturate the zeitgeist with our narratives if we don't fucking simplify and repeat them endlessly? How?

You see the neo-cons slinking out of their holes and gaining respectability everyday in our moribund media without any pushback. And here you are complaining about a TV documentary that dares to remind us about how venal these punks were?

What do liberals want? A Ph.D dissertation with umpteen footnotes dissecting the entrails of the GREAT DECEPTION? Or we need to chip away at GOP credibility repeatedly without letting up?

We libs have zero trad med footprint and we have to take our shots where we get them. You forget a whole generation of teenagers has grown up without deep knowledge of what happened, including some of the soldiers who died for a lie-laced war. I wondered how they must have felt watching the documentary. On my Twitter feedback I got messages from vets who served in Iraq who said the documentary made them "sick". Many may not have known the depth of deception that sent them to war. so this program was welcome.

Let's appreciate rather than snidely diss documentaries like this
