    Isn't that the county that is really political, always recalling people, it is just really swingy, I think. Maybe more diverse than some other counties too, but we'll see.

      That state senate district has recalled its incumbent twice (once in the mid-90s over the Miller Park tax and again last year over Act 10)...sadly, the "Bloody 21st" has been turned into a GOP vote sink that includes the Republican areas of Racine and Kenosha counties that will probably be "safe Republican" barring unusual circumstances.

      total, but a few points to the right. Prosser got 56% in the general in 2011. I'd say DD's guess is pretty good, but these things can be variable since they don't print the party on the ballot.
