    mostly the Shoshone-Bannock are visible here - and definitely out in the community teaching. I must confess I do not know much & really appreciate the information provided on DKos, especially noticing it lately.
    We took a trip across the state a few years back & our then 10 year old pointed out the Bear River Massacre Site & spent the next couple of hours describing what was done to Native Americans. Probably not typical of US education as she went to a school that taught truth about atrocities in the US, South Africa and during WWII as part of in-depth human rights education.
